The main reason I give this book five stars is because of what it represents. This is essentially my job in a nutshell. People come to me because they want to know this stuff.

So now I have a book I can refer them to! I'm thinking of getting a bunch of copies and just passing them out in the computer lab. I did learn some tricks, especially in the Mac and Windows 8 sections - I'm a bit rusty on Windows 8, and completely clueless when it comes to Mac.

It is useful no matter if you have an iPhone, Android, Windows, or Apple device whenever applicable, he explains each tip for each different device it can be used on. I knew a lot of it already, but learned about 5 useful tidbits I have implemented most of which I felt pretty stupid for not already knowing, especially as a Millennial.
